Taking cues from the previous form redesign, I maintained consistency for the design of these forms as well. Keeping it simple and the same as the previous forms design, the likelihood of them being printed in black and white, colour is not an important factor. I duplicated the InDesign file from the previous form redesign. Then I re-edited the content – textual elements, as well as table headings and layouts. Same with the previous form redesign, I adapted passive whitespace (space between objects) and active whitespace (around the border/ outside) to allow for easier readability of the forms.
